Notifications

Settings โ†’ Notifications lets each team member choose which events they are notified about, and through which channels.

This is a per-user setting โ€” each team member configures their own notification preferences independently.


Notification Typesโ€‹

Notification Channelsโ€‹

For each type, you can choose up to three delivery channels:

PushBrowser push notification (requires browser permission)

Email Frequencyโ€‹

For Email notifications, you can set the frequency per event type:

ImmediateSend an email as soon as the event occurs
Hourly DigestBatch up events and send one email per hour
Daily DigestSend one summary email per day
OffDon't send email for this event type

Configuring Notificationsโ€‹

  1. Go to Settings โ†’ Notifications.
  2. For each event type, toggle the channels on or off.
  3. For email, set your preferred frequency.
  4. Click Save.

Changes take effect immediately for all future events.


Tipsโ€‹

  • New Lead Received on Email with Immediate frequency can generate a lot of email on busy workspaces. Consider Hourly Digest if you capture high lead volumes.
  • Integration Sync Failed is important to keep on โ€” it alerts you when a CRM sync or webhook delivery fails so you can investigate.
  • Team Mention in Note is useful for collaborative workspaces where team members communicate via lead notes.
