Meetings Overview

The Meetings module lets you set up bookable meeting types, manage your team's availability, and view all scheduled meetings in a calendar.


How Meetings Workโ€‹

  1. You create a Meeting Type (e.g. "30-min Demo Call") with duration, availability rules, and a booking page.
  2. Share the booking link with leads โ€” they pick an available time slot.
  3. The meeting is created as a Booking record linked to the lead.
  4. The booking appears in the Calendar view.

Meeting Typesโ€‹

A Meeting Type defines a bookable appointment:

  • Name and description
  • Duration
  • Location or video call link
  • Buffer time before/after
  • Available days and hours
  • Maximum bookings per day
  • Booking confirmation message

Bookingsโ€‹

A Booking is a confirmed meeting between a lead and a team member. Each booking record stores:

  • Lead name and contact
  • Meeting type
  • Scheduled date/time
  • Status (Pending, Confirmed, Cancelled)
  • Notes

Calendarโ€‹

The Calendar view shows all upcoming and past meetings in a month/week/day layout.

Go to Meetings in the sidebar to access:

  • Meeting Types โ€” create and manage meeting templates
  • Bookings โ€” view all scheduled meetings
  • Calendar โ€” visual calendar view

Integration with Leadsโ€‹

Every booking is linked to a lead record. The meeting appears on the lead's activity timeline, giving your team full context on what was scheduled and when.
