Flat Theme for Perfex CRM (Customers)

A modern flat design theme for the Perfex CRM customers (frontend) area.

Overviewโ€‹

The Flat Theme replaces the default Perfex CRM customer-facing interface with a clean, contemporary flat design. It enhances the visual appearance of the customers portal โ€” including the login page, dashboard, invoices, estimates, proposals, and all other customer-accessible areas โ€” without altering any core CRM functionality.

The Flat Theme only affects the customers (frontend) area. The admin panel remains unchanged and continues to use the default Perfex CRM admin theme.

Requirementsโ€‹

Before installing the Flat Theme, ensure you have:

  • An active Perfex CRM installation
  • FTP access or access to your hosting panel's file manager (e.g., cPanel)
  • A valid copy of the Flat Theme download package

Installationโ€‹

The Flat Theme is installed by extracting files directly into your Perfex CRM root directory โ€” it is not installed via the Modules page.

  1. Extract your download and locate upload.zip.
  2. Extract all contents of upload.zip into the root directory of your Perfex CRM installation.
    • Upload via FTP, or
    • Upload the zip to your hosting panel (e.g., cPanel public_html) and extract it there.

When extracting, make sure you merge/overwrite into the existing directory structure. The theme files need to be placed in the correct paths relative to your Perfex CRM root. Do not create a new subfolder โ€” extract directly into the root.
