Google Workspace Integration

Enable seamless two-way synchronization between Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Forms, Google Slides, Google Drive and Perfex CRM. Create, edit, and manage spreadsheets directly from your Perfex CRM dashboard.

Overviewโ€‹

The Google Workspace Integration module bridges your Perfex CRM with the full suite of Google productivity tools. Instead of switching between tabs and manually copying data, you can interact with Google Drive files, create and edit spreadsheets, manage documents, build forms, and design presentations โ€” all without leaving Perfex CRM.

Two-Way Synchronization

Changes made in Perfex CRM are reflected in Google Workspace and vice versa. This ensures your team always has access to the most up-to-date information regardless of which platform they are working in.

Requirementsโ€‹

Before installing, ensure the following prerequisites are met:

  • An active Perfex CRM installation
  • A valid Google Workspace or personal Google account
  • PHP 7.4 or higher on your server
  • The cURL and JSON PHP extensions enabled
  • A valid license key for the module

Installation & Activationโ€‹

Follow these steps to install and activate the Google Workspace Integration module:

  1. Extract your download and locate upload.zip.
  2. In Perfex CRM, go to Setup โ†’ Modules.
  3. Upload upload.zip and press Install.
  4. Click Activate and enter your License Key.

After activation, the module will appear in your Perfex CRM sidebar. You will need to configure your Google OAuth credentials before you can connect to Google services. See the Configuration guide for detailed setup instructions.

Make sure your server can reach Google's API endpoints. If your hosting environment uses a firewall or proxy, you may need to whitelist Google API domains to ensure proper connectivity.
