WhatsApp Cloud API Plugin for Rise CRM

The WhatsApp Cloud API plugin by Themesic enables direct WhatsApp messaging from Rise CRM. Send messages, create templates, set up automated triggers, and manage customer conversations โ€” all from within your CRM.

Requirementsโ€‹

  • Rise CRM (latest version recommended)
  • A valid Themesic license key
  • A Facebook / Meta Business account with WhatsApp Cloud API access

Installationโ€‹

  1. Extract the downloaded files and locate upload.zip.
  2. In Rise CRM, go to Setup โ†’ Plugins โ†’ All Plugins.
  3. Click the Install Plugin button (top right).
  4. Select upload.zip and press Install.
  5. Find the newly installed plugin and click Activate.
  6. Enter your license key to complete activation.

Configurationโ€‹

After installation, you will need to configure your Facebook Application settings, create message templates, and set up triggers.
