Zapier Integration for Perfex CRM

Overviewโ€‹

The Zapier Integration module allows you to automate workflows between Perfex CRM and thousands of external applications โ€” without writing a single line of code. By connecting your CRM to Zapier, you can automatically trigger actions in other apps when events occur in Perfex CRM, or push data from external services into your CRM.

Requirementsโ€‹

Before installing the module, ensure you have:

  • An active Perfex CRM installation
  • A Zapier account (free or paid plan)
  • A valid license key for the module
  • PHP 7.4 or higher on your server

Installation & Activationโ€‹

Follow these steps to install and activate the Zapier Integration module:

  1. Extract your download and locate upload.zip.
  2. In Perfex CRM, go to Setup โ†’ Modules.
  3. Upload upload.zip and press Install.
  4. Click Activate and enter your license key.
tip

After activation, the module will provide you with an API token and endpoint URL. You will need these when setting up your Zaps in the Zapier dashboard to connect Perfex CRM as a trigger or action app.

How It Worksโ€‹

Once the module is installed and activated:

  1. Configure your API token in the module settings within Perfex CRM.
  2. Log in to Zapier and create a new Zap.
  3. Select Perfex CRM as the trigger or action app.
  4. Authenticate using the API token and endpoint URL provided by the module.
  5. Map your fields and set up the desired automation workflow.
  6. Turn on the Zap โ€” your automation is now live.
warning

Ensure your Perfex CRM installation is accessible via a public URL (not localhost). Zapier needs to reach your CRM's API endpoint to send and receive data.
