PDF Customizer for Perfex CRM

PDF Customizer gives you full control over the design and layout of PDF documents generated by Perfex CRM. Instead of relying on the default PDF templates, you can create professional, branded documents tailored to your business needs.

Requirementsโ€‹

Before installing PDF Customizer, ensure your environment meets the following requirements:

  • Perfex CRM installed and running
  • Admin access to your Perfex CRM installation
  • A valid PDF Customizer license key (purchase code)
  • PHP version as required by your Perfex CRM version

Installationโ€‹

Follow these steps to install PDF Customizer on your Perfex CRM:

  1. Download the module files from your purchase's Downloads section.
  2. Extract the downloaded archive and locate the upload.zip file inside.
  3. Log in to your Perfex CRM as an administrator.
  4. Navigate to Setup โ†’ Modules in the admin sidebar.
  5. Click the Upload button and select the module zip file.
  6. Press Install to complete the module installation.
Important

Do not rename or extract the zip file before uploading โ€” Perfex CRM expects the original zip archive for module installation.

After Installationโ€‹

Once the module is installed, you will need to activate it with your license key. Proceed to the Activation page for detailed activation instructions.

After activation, head over to the Configuration page to learn how to set up your PDF layouts, customize templates, and apply your branding to all document types.

It is recommended to preview your PDF templates after making changes to ensure the output matches your expectations before sending documents to clients.
