Overviewโ€‹

Flat Admin Theme is a backend admin theme module for Perfex CRM, developed by Themesic. It transforms the default admin panel appearance into a clean, modern flat design โ€” improving readability and overall user experience for your team.

This theme applies to the backend (Admin area) only. If you also need a theme for the frontend (Customers area), a separate product called Flat Theme is available.

Requirementsโ€‹

Before installing the module, ensure you have the following:

  • A working installation of Perfex CRM
  • Administrator access to the Perfex CRM backend
  • The downloaded module archive from Themesic

Installationโ€‹

Follow these steps to install the Flat Admin Theme module:

  1. Extract the downloaded archive to a location on your computer.
  2. Inside the extracted folder, locate the file named upload.zip.
  3. Log in to your Perfex CRM Admin panel.
  4. Navigate to SETUP โ†’ Modules.
  5. Click the Upload Module button and select the upload.zip file.
  6. Once the upload completes, the module will appear in your modules list.

Activationโ€‹

  1. In the Modules list, locate Flat Admin Theme and press Activate.
  2. After activation, perform a hard refresh in your browser to see the new appearance:
    • Windows: CTRL + F5
    • macOS: CMD + R
tip

If the theme does not appear immediately after activation, clear your browser cache completely and try again.

Notesโ€‹

  • The Flat Admin Theme is designed exclusively for the admin backend. It does not affect the customer-facing portal.
  • If you require a matching theme for the Customers area, consider installing the Flat Theme module separately.
  • The module causes no conflicts with other Perfex CRM modules or customizations.
