Diagramy adds a full-featured diagramming tool to your Perfex CRM installation. Whether you need to map out business processes, visualize project workflows, design organizational charts, or create any other type of diagram, Diagramy provides an intuitive drawing interface that your team can access without leaving the CRM.

Diagramy integrates with Perfex CRM's existing staff and permissions system. Staff members will only see diagrams they are assigned to or have permission to access.

Requirementsโ€‹

Before installing the module, ensure you have:

  • An active Perfex CRM installation
  • PHP 7.4 or higher on your server
  • A modern web browser with JavaScript enabled (for the diagram editor)

Installation & Activationโ€‹

Follow these steps to install and activate Diagramy:

  1. Extract your download and locate upload.zip.
  2. In Perfex CRM, go to Setup โ†’ Modules.
  3. Upload upload.zip and press Install.
  4. Click Activate.

After activation, the Diagramy menu item will appear in the left sidebar of the admin panel. Click on it to start creating your first diagram.

After Installationโ€‹

Once the module is activated, follow these steps to get started:

  1. Create diagram groups โ€” Navigate to Settings โ†’ Diagramy and set up groups to organize your diagrams (e.g., "Sales Processes", "Support Workflows", "Project Plans").
  2. Create your first diagram โ€” Open the Diagramy menu, click New Diagram, and begin designing.
  3. Assign staff members โ€” Add staff members to diagrams to control who can view and edit them.

Remember to assign staff members to your diagrams if you want them to have access. Unassigned diagrams may only be visible to administrators.
