The Custom SMS & Email Notifications Automation module lets you send personalized Email, SMS, and WhatsApp messages to customers and leads directly from Perfex CRM โ in minutes, not hours.

Installationโ
- Extract your download and locate the
upload.zipfile. - In Perfex CRM, navigate to Setup โ Modules.
- Click Upload Module and select
upload.zip. - Once uploaded, click Activate.
After activation the module appears in the left-hand menu as Custom Email/SMS.
tip
If the module does not appear in the sidebar after activation, clear your browser cache and refresh the page.
