History & Logs

The module keeps a complete log of every message sent โ€” including delivery status, timestamps, and recipient details.

Viewing Historyโ€‹

Navigate to Custom Email/SMS โ†’ History to see all past messages.

Each entry shows:

ColumnDescription
TypeEmail, SMS, or WhatsApp
RecipientContact name and email/phone
SubjectEmail subject line (if applicable)
StatusSent, Failed, or Scheduled
DateDate and time the message was sent or scheduled

You can filter the history by:

  • Message type (Email / SMS / WhatsApp)
  • Status (Sent / Failed / Scheduled)
  • Date range

Exporting to CSVโ€‹

  1. Apply any desired filters.
  2. Click the Export to CSV button.
  3. A CSV file downloads containing all matching records.

This is useful for reporting, auditing, or importing into external analytics tools.

Clearing Logsโ€‹

To remove old log entries:

  1. Go to Custom Email/SMS โ†’ History.
  2. Click Clear Logs.
  3. Confirm the action.

Clearing logs is permanent and cannot be undone. Consider exporting to CSV first if you need to keep records.
