Create an API Tokenโ€‹

  1. In Perfex CRM, navigate to Zapier โ†’ API Management.
  2. Create a new API token.
  3. Copy the token and set the appropriate permissions.

Creating Zapsโ€‹

  1. Go to Zapier โ†’ Zapier Dashboard in the admin menu.
  2. Use the embedded Zap creation interface to connect Perfex CRM with your desired apps.
  3. Configure triggers (CRM events) and actions (third-party app responses).
