Meeting Bookings

Bookings are confirmed (or pending) meeting records created when a lead books a meeting via a booking link.


Viewing Bookingsโ€‹

Go to Meetings โ†’ Bookings to see all bookings in a table.

Each row shows:

Booking Statusesโ€‹

StatusMeaning
PendingBooking received, awaiting confirmation
ConfirmedMeeting is confirmed
CancelledMeeting was cancelled by lead or team

Managing a Bookingโ€‹

Click on a booking to open its detail view. From here you can:

  • Confirm a pending booking
  • Cancel a booking (with optional cancellation reason)
  • Add notes
  • View the linked lead โ€” opens the full lead detail view

Filtering Bookingsโ€‹

Filter the booking list by:

  • Status โ€” Pending / Confirmed / Cancelled
  • Date Range โ€” bookings in a specific period
  • Assigned To โ€” bookings for a specific team member
  • Meeting Type โ€” bookings for a specific meeting template

Booking on Behalf of a Leadโ€‹

Team members can create a booking manually:

  1. Click New Booking.
  2. Select the lead.
  3. Select the meeting type.
  4. Choose the date and time.
  5. Add notes if needed.
  6. Save.

Bookings on Lead Timelineโ€‹

When a meeting is booked, it appears on the linked lead's Activity tab timeline, so your team has full context on what was scheduled.


Notificationsโ€‹

When a new booking is created:

  • The assigned team member receives an in-app notification
  • The lead receives a confirmation email (if email is configured)

When a booking is cancelled, both parties receive a cancellation notification.
