Sales Overview

The Sales module tracks deal values and manages the commercial side of your lead pipeline โ€” from defining products, to creating quotes, to issuing invoices.

Go to Sales in the sidebar to access:

  • Products โ€” manage your product catalog
  • Quotes โ€” create and manage price proposals
  • Invoices โ€” track and issue billing documents

How It Flowsโ€‹

  1. Add your Products to the catalog (one-time setup).
  2. When a lead is interested, create a Quote โ€” select the lead, add products, set quantities and discounts.
  3. Send the quote to the lead (via email or share the PDF link).
  4. When the lead accepts, convert the quote to an Invoice.
  5. Mark the invoice as paid when payment is received.

Deal Value on Leadsโ€‹

Every lead has a Deal Value field that you can set manually (or it is populated automatically when a quote is linked to the lead). This value appears in pipeline reports and the lead detail view.
