General Settings
Settings โ General controls the core localisation settings for your workspace.
Accessing General Settingsโ
Go to Settings โ General in the sidebar (under the "Advanced" group).

| Setting | Description |

| Timezone | Your workspace's primary timezone. Affects automation scheduling, report timestamps, and business hours evaluation. Select from the full list of IANA timezones. |
| Date Format | How dates are displayed throughout the workspace. Options: YYYY-MM-DD, DD/MM/YYYY, MM/DD/YYYY, DD-MM-YYYY, Mar 24, 2026 |
| Language | Interface language. Currently English only (more languages in a future release). |
| Workspace Currency | Default currency for deal values, quotes, and invoices. Select from a list of global currencies. |
| Default Locale | Locale used for number formatting (e.g. thousands separator style). |
Saving Settingsโ
After making changes, click Save Settings (or the save button at the bottom of the form). Changes take effect immediately.
Important Notesโ
- Timezone: If you change the timezone after automations are configured, review all time-based automation delays โ they are scheduled in UTC and displayed in the workspace timezone.
- Currency: Changing the workspace currency does not retroactively convert existing deal values. It only changes the default currency shown on new leads, quotes, and invoices.
