Industry Packs
Settings โ Industry Packs provides one-click workspace configuration bundles tailored for specific industries. Installing a pack creates pipelines, stages, custom fields, tags, email templates, automations, and forms โ all pre-configured for your use case.
What a Pack Installsโ
Each industry pack includes some or all of:

| Pipeline Stages | Pre-named stages with win/loss designations |
| Custom Fields | Industry-specific fields (e.g. "Property Budget", "Company Size") |
| Tags | Pre-defined tags (e.g. "Hot Lead", "Referral", "Event Attendee") |
| Email Templates | Welcome emails, follow-up sequences, proposal templates |
| Automations | Welcome sequences, lead scoring rules, assignment rules |
| Forms | Lead capture forms with industry-relevant fields |
Installing a Packโ
- Go to Settings โ Industry Packs.
- Browse the available packs โ each card shows what will be installed.
- Click Install on the pack you want.
- A confirmation dialog appears with a summary of what will be created.
- Confirm โ the pack installs immediately.
- A success notification shows counts:
2 pipelines, 8 stages, 5 custom fields, 10 tags, 3 email templates, 4 automations, 2 forms.
After Installingโ
- All installed items appear in their respective sections immediately.
- Review before using: Automations are installed as inactive โ review the steps and enable them when you're ready.
- Customise: All installed pipelines, stages, custom fields, and templates can be edited like any other item.
Notesโ
- Installing a pack does not delete existing data โ it only adds new items.
- If you install the same pack twice, duplicate items are created. There is no de-duplication check.
- The list of available packs depends on your platform configuration and may vary.
