Team Settings

Settings โ†’ Team is where you manage the users in your workspace โ€” invite team members, assign roles, and control access.

Viewing Team Membersโ€‹

Go to Settings โ†’ Team to see all users in your workspace. Each row shows:

  • Name and email
  • Role
  • Status (Active / Invited / Suspended)
  • Last login date

Inviting a Team Memberโ€‹

  1. Click Invite User.
  2. Enter the team member's email address.
  3. Select their Role.
  4. Click Send Invite.

The invited user receives an email with a link to set up their account. Until they accept, their status shows as "Invited".

User Rolesโ€‹

LeadHub uses role-based access control. Available roles:

RolePermissions
AdminFull access to all features and settings
ManagerAccess to leads, pipelines, reports, and automations; cannot change billing or critical settings
AgentAccess to leads assigned to them; limited read access to shared data
Read OnlyView-only access across the workspace

The exact permissions per role may vary. Consult the role descriptions in the invite form for the current permission set.

Editing a Userโ€‹

Click the edit icon on a user row to:

  • Change their name
  • Change their role

The user's email cannot be changed โ€” they must be re-invited with the new email.

Suspending a Userโ€‹

Click Suspend on a user row to block their access without deleting their account. Suspended users cannot log in. Their lead assignments and history are preserved.

Removing a Userโ€‹

Click Remove and confirm. The user account is deactivated. Their lead assignments remain intact (leads are not re-assigned automatically).

Resending an Inviteโ€‹

If an invited user did not receive the email, click Resend Invite on their row.

Your Own Accountโ€‹

To change your own name, password, or notification preferences, go to your Profile page (click your avatar in the top-right corner โ†’ Profile).
