Branding Settings
Settings โ Branding lets you customize the visual identity of your workspace โ your logo, primary color, and app name.
Accessing Branding Settingsโ
Go to Settings โ Branding in the sidebar.
Available Settingsโ
| Setting | Description |

| Workspace Name | Your company/workspace name shown in the header and emails |
| Logo | Upload your logo (PNG or SVG, recommended 200x60px) |
| Favicon | Upload a favicon (ICO or PNG, 32x32px) |
| Primary Color | Accent color used in buttons, links, and highlights throughout the admin panel |
| Email Header Logo | Logo used in outgoing email templates (can differ from the admin logo) |
| Email Footer Text | Footer text appended to all outgoing emails |
Uploading a Logoโ
- Click the Logo upload field.
- Select your image file (PNG, JPG, or SVG recommended; max 2MB).
- The logo previews immediately.
- Click Save Settings.
The logo appears in the admin panel header and on the login page.
Custom Colorโ
The primary color is used for:
- Buttons and call-to-action elements
- Active navigation items
- Chart colors in reports
Enter a hex color code (e.g. #3B82F6) or use the color picker.
Email Brandingโ
The Email Header Logo and Email Footer Text are used in:
- Automation emails
- Quote and invoice PDFs
- Digest emails
If no email logo is set, the admin panel logo is used.
White-Label Notesโ
Branding settings apply to this tenant's workspace only. The super admin sets platform-level branding separately under Super Admin โ Email Branding.
If you are on an enterprise plan with a custom domain, your branding applies to the entire domain including the login page.
