Meeting Availability

Settings โ†’ Meeting Availability is where each team member defines the times they are available for meetings. Guests booking through your meeting links can only pick slots within these windows.

This is a per-user setting โ€” each team member sets their own availability independently.

How It Worksโ€‹

  1. You define weekly time slots (e.g. Monday 9:00โ€“17:00).
  2. LeadHub checks these slots when guests try to book a meeting with you.
  3. Only times that fall within your availability (and have no existing bookings) are shown as bookable.

Setting Your Availabilityโ€‹

  1. Go to Settings โ†’ Meeting Availability.
  2. Click Add time slot to add a day/time window:
    • Day โ€” select the day of the week
    • Start Time โ€” earliest time a meeting can begin
    • End Time โ€” latest time a meeting can end
  3. Add as many slots as you need (e.g. one per working day).
  4. Click Save.

You can add multiple slots per day โ€” for example, Monday 9:00โ€“12:00 and Monday 14:00โ€“17:00 for a lunch break.

Quick Preset: Weekdays 9โ€“5โ€‹

Click Weekdays 9-5 (top right) to instantly load Mondayโ€“Friday, 9:00โ€“17:00. Review the loaded slots and click Save to apply.

Removing a Time Slotโ€‹

Click the ร— (delete) icon next to any slot. Click Save to apply the change.

Timezoneโ€‹

All availability times use your personal timezone set in Settings โ†’ My Profile. Guests booking from a different timezone see the times converted to their local timezone automatically.

Connection to Meeting Typesโ€‹

Availability is used by Meeting Types (configured under Tools โ†’ Meeting Types). Each meeting type can additionally restrict bookable days or require a minimum booking notice โ€” those settings layer on top of your availability windows.

See Meeting Types for details.
