Leads Overview

Leads are the core of LeadHub. Every contact โ€” whether captured from a form, imported from a file, or received via an integration โ€” becomes a lead record.


What is a Lead?โ€‹

A lead is a contact record with:

Lead Statusesโ€‹

StatusMeaning
NewJust received, not yet contacted
ContactedA team member has reached out
QualifiedLead has shown genuine interest
ConvertedDeal won
LostLead will not convert

Lead Sourcesโ€‹

LeadHub tracks where each lead came from. Sources include:

  • Manual Entry
  • Web Form (LeadHub form)
  • API
  • Webhook
  • Facebook Lead Ad
  • Instagram
  • TikTok
  • LinkedIn
  • Google Ads
  • WhatsApp
  • Telegram
  • Email
  • Import (CSV)
  • And more

Go to Leads โ†’ All Leads in the sidebar to view the leads list.

From the list you can:

  • Search by name, email, or phone
  • Filter by source, status, pipeline, assigned user, tags, date range, and score
  • Sort by any column
  • Export leads to CSV
  • Bulk-action: delete, tag, assign, or run an automation on selected leads
  • Star important leads
  • View or Edit any lead record

Lead Detail Viewโ€‹

Click any lead to open the detail view. It contains:

  • Contact Info tab โ€” name, email, phone, company
  • Lead Details tab โ€” source, status, pipeline, score, deal value, tags
  • Notes tab โ€” internal notes
  • Activity tab โ€” timeline of all actions (emails sent, stage changes, calls, etc.)
  • Tasks tab โ€” open tasks and reminders
  • Email Sequences tab โ€” active/completed sequence enrollments
  • Custom Fields โ€” any extra fields you defined appear inline
