Managing Leads


Creating a Lead Manuallyโ€‹

  1. Go to Leads โ†’ All Leads.
  2. Click New Lead (top right).
  3. Fill in the contact details:
    • First Name / Last Name โ€” optional but recommended
    • Email โ€” must be unique within your workspace
    • Phone โ€” tel format accepted
    • Company โ€” type to search existing companies, or create one inline
  4. Fill in the Lead Details section:
    • Source โ€” where did this lead come from?
    • Status โ€” defaults to "New"
    • Assigned To โ€” assign to a team member
    • Pipeline / Stage โ€” place the lead in a pipeline stage
    • Tags โ€” add one or more tags
    • Score โ€” manual score (0 by default; scoring rules auto-update it)
    • Is Starred โ€” flag as important
  5. Optionally fill in the Deal section:
    • Deal Value, Currency, Expected Close Date
  6. Click Create.

Editing a Leadโ€‹

  1. Click any lead row to open the lead detail view.
  2. Click the Edit button (pencil icon) or click Edit in the action menu.
  3. Modify any field.
  4. Click Save.

Viewing a Leadโ€‹

Click any lead row to open the detail view. Tabs available:

Filtering the Leads Listโ€‹

Use the filter bar at the top of the leads list to filter by:

  • Source โ€” specific lead source
  • Status โ€” New, Contacted, Qualified, Converted, Lost
  • Pipeline / Stage โ€” specific pipeline or stage
  • Assigned To โ€” a team member
  • Tags โ€” one or more tags
  • Date Range โ€” created_at range
  • Is Starred โ€” starred leads only
  • Score Range โ€” min/max score

Filters are combinable. Click Reset to clear all.


Searchingโ€‹

Use the search bar (top of list) to search by name, email, or phone. The global search bar (top of the admin panel) also searches leads across all records.


Exporting Leadsโ€‹

  1. Apply any filters you need.
  2. Click Export (top right of the leads list).
  3. A CSV file is generated and downloaded. All visible columns are included.

Bulk Actionsโ€‹

Select multiple leads using the checkboxes (or select all on page):

Starring a Leadโ€‹

Click the star icon on any lead row or in the detail view to mark it as important. Starred leads can be filtered using the "Is Starred" filter.


Deleting a Leadโ€‹

Open the lead detail view โ†’ click the Delete action โ†’ confirm. Deletion is permanent and removes all associated activity, tasks, and sequence enrollments.
