Task Calendar

Leads โ†’ Task Calendar shows all lead tasks plotted on a calendar. Switch between weekly, monthly, and rolling 30-day views to see what needs attention and when.

Opening the Task Calendarโ€‹

Go to Leads โ†’ Task Calendar in the sidebar.

Calendar Viewsโ€‹

Use the View selector in the top toolbar to switch between:

ViewShows
MonthAll tasks for the current month
WeekAll tasks for the current week (Monโ€“Sun)
Next 30 DaysRolling 30-day window from today

Click the โ† and โ†’ arrows (or use the calendar navigation) to move between periods.

Filtering Tasksโ€‹

By Assigned Userโ€‹

Use the Assigned To filter dropdown to show only tasks assigned to a specific team member. Useful for managers reviewing their team's workload.

Leave it set to All Users to see the full team's calendar.

By Statusโ€‹

Use the Status filter to show:

FilterShows
AllEvery task regardless of status
PendingTasks not yet completed
CompletedTasks already marked done
OverdueTasks past their due date and not completed

Tasks on the Calendarโ€‹

Each task appears as a colored event block on its due date. Clicking a task opens a quick-view popup with:

  • Task title and description
  • Associated lead name (click to go to the lead)
  • Due date and time
  • Assigned user
  • Status (Pending / Completed)
  • A Complete button to mark it done inline

Creating Tasksโ€‹

Tasks are created from the lead detail view, not from the calendar itself:

  1. Open any lead.
  2. Click the Tasks tab.
  3. Click Add Task.
  4. Fill in the title, description, due date, and assigned user.
  5. Save โ€” the task appears on the calendar immediately.

Completing Tasks from the Calendarโ€‹

  1. Click any task block on the calendar.
  2. In the popup, click Mark as Complete.
  3. The task is removed from the pending view (it still appears if you filter by "Completed").

Frequently Asked Questionsโ€‹

Q: Can I create tasks directly on the calendar by clicking a date? Not in the current version โ€” tasks must be created from the lead detail view to ensure they're linked to the correct lead.

Q: Are meeting bookings shown on the Task Calendar? No. Meeting bookings appear in the Calendar section under Meetings. The Task Calendar only shows lead tasks.

Q: Can I see tasks for leads I don't own? Yes โ€” managers and admins can see all tasks by setting the Assigned To filter to All Users.
