Billing
The Billing section shows your current subscription plan, usage against plan limits, and options to upgrade or manage your subscription.
Viewing Your Planโ
Go to Billing in the sidebar to see:

| Current Plan | Your active subscription plan (e.g. Starter, Pro, Enterprise) |
| Billing Cycle | Monthly or annual |
| Next Renewal Date | When the subscription renews |
| Features Included | List of features enabled for your plan |
Usage and Limitsโ
Your plan defines limits on:
| Limit | Description |
|---|---|
| Max Leads | Maximum number of lead records you can store |
| Max Users | Maximum team members in your workspace |
| Max Forms | Maximum active forms |
| Max Automations | Maximum active automation rules |
| API Access | Whether API access is enabled |
| Custom Domain | Whether custom domain is available |
| White-Label | Whether branding customization is available |
The Billing page shows your current usage vs. the limit for each category.
Upgrading Your Planโ
If you have reached a limit or want access to additional features:
- Go to Billing โ Upgrade Plan.
- Select the desired plan.
- Confirm the upgrade.
Upgrades take effect immediately. You are charged the new rate on the next billing cycle (or immediately if switching to a higher annual plan).
Cancellingโ
To cancel your subscription, contact your platform administrator (the super admin).
Invoice Historyโ
Go to Billing โ Invoice History to download past payment receipts (PDF invoices for your subscription payments).
License Keyโ
Your platform license key is managed by the super admin. If you encounter a "License Expired" warning, contact your platform administrator.
Reaching Plan Limitsโ
When you approach or hit a plan limit:
- A warning banner appears in the admin panel
- Attempts to create new records beyond the limit will be blocked
- Upgrade your plan to remove the limit
Contact your platform administrator if you need a temporary limit increase.
