Meeting Types

A Meeting Type is a template for a bookable appointment. You define the name, duration, availability, and booking page settings once โ€” then share the booking link with leads.

  1. Go to Meetings โ†’ Meeting Types.
  2. Click New Meeting Type.
  3. Fill in the configuration (see below).

Assigning Meeting Types to Team Membersโ€‹

Each meeting type can be assigned to a specific team member. Their calendar availability is checked when a lead tries to book. If no team member is assigned, bookings are accepted without user-level availability checking.

Editing a Meeting Typeโ€‹

  1. Go to Meetings โ†’ Meeting Types.
  2. Click the edit icon on the meeting type row.
  3. Update any fields and save.

Changes apply immediately to the booking page.

Deactivating vs Deletingโ€‹

  • Deactivate (toggle Active off): The booking page returns a "not available" message. Existing bookings are unaffected.
  • Delete: Permanently removes the meeting type. Existing bookings are orphaned.

Use deactivation for temporarily stopping bookings; use deletion only for meeting types you no longer need.
