Quotes

A Quote is a price proposal you send to a lead, listing selected products with quantities, unit prices, and totals.


Creating a Quoteโ€‹

  1. Go to Sales โ†’ Quotes.
  2. Click New Quote.
  3. Fill in:

TitleQuote title (e.g. "Proposal for Acme Corp")
Valid UntilExpiry date for the quote
NotesAny notes for the lead (appears on the quote PDF)
CurrencyQuote currency (defaults to workspace currency)
  1. In the Line Items section, click Add Item for each product:

    • Select Product from the catalog
    • Set Quantity
    • The Unit Price auto-fills from the product but can be overridden
    • Set Discount (percentage or fixed amount)
  2. Review the Subtotal, Total Discount, and Total at the bottom.

  3. Click Save.


Quote Statusesโ€‹

StatusMeaning
DraftBeing prepared, not yet sent
SentSent to the lead
AcceptedLead accepted the quote
DeclinedLead declined the quote
ExpiredValid Until date has passed

Sending a Quoteโ€‹

After saving:

  1. Click Send Quote โ€” this emails the quote PDF to the lead.
  2. Or click Copy Link to get a shareable link to the quote view page.

The quote status changes to "Sent" when emailed.


Viewing the Quote PDFโ€‹

Click Preview PDF on any quote to see the printable PDF version. The PDF includes:

  • Your workspace branding (logo from Branding settings)
  • Lead and company information
  • Line items table
  • Totals
  • Notes
  • Valid Until date

Converting a Quote to Invoiceโ€‹

When a lead accepts the quote:

  1. Open the quote.
  2. Click Convert to Invoice.
  3. An invoice is automatically created with the same line items.

The quote status changes to "Accepted".


Editing a Draft Quoteโ€‹

Open the quote โ†’ click Edit. Sent/Accepted/Declined quotes are read-only โ€” create a new quote instead.


Deleting a Quoteโ€‹

Open the quote โ†’ click Delete โ†’ confirm. Only draft quotes should be deleted.
