Response Time Report

The Response Time report measures the time between lead creation and the first contact attempt (call, email, or message). Fast response times strongly correlate with higher conversion rates.

Distribution Chartโ€‹

A bar chart shows how many leads fall into each response time bucket:

  • Under 5 minutes
  • 5โ€“30 minutes
  • 30 min โ€“ 2 hours
  • 2โ€“24 hours
  • Over 24 hours

Tipsโ€‹

  • A median over 24 hours is a strong signal that your team needs faster follow-up processes or automation.
  • Use the Agent filter to identify which reps have the slowest response times and coach specifically.
  • Set up an automation that sends a notification or task when a lead has not been contacted within 1 hour.
