Automation Stats Report
Go to Reports โ Automation Stats.
The Automation Stats report shows execution metrics for every automation in your workspace over the selected period. Use it to confirm automations are firing correctly and to diagnose failures before they affect lead follow-up.
Filtersโ

| Date Range | Last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 365 days, Custom |
Data Tableโ
One row per automation.
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Automation | Automation name |
| Total Runs | Number of times this automation executed in the period |
| Successful | Runs that completed all actions without error |
| Failed | Runs where at least one action returned an error |
| Success Rate | Successful รท Total Runs ร 100% |
| Last Run | Timestamp of the most recent execution |
A low success rate usually means an outbound integration rejected an action. Check Settings โ Integrations for connection errors and re-save the affected integration.
Exportingโ
Click Export CSV or Export PDF in the page header.
