Pipeline Funnel Report
Go to Reports โ Pipeline Funnel.
The Pipeline Funnel report visualises how many leads are at each stage of a pipeline. It highlights where leads are dropping off so you can focus coaching and process improvements on the highest-friction stages.
Selecting a Pipelineโ
Use the Pipeline dropdown at the top to switch between your active pipelines. The report defaults to the first pipeline (alphabetical order).
Funnel Chartโ
Each stage is displayed as a funnel step. The width of each step is proportional to the number of leads currently in that stage relative to the pipeline entry count.
Data Tableโ
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Stage | Pipeline stage name |
| Leads in Stage | Number of leads currently in this stage |
| Conversion from Previous | Percentage of leads that progressed from the previous stage to this one |
Reading the Reportโ
- A large drop between two stages indicates a bottleneck โ leads are stalling before progressing.
- A very small Won stage relative to the first stage indicates a low overall win rate.
- Pair this report with the Pipeline Bottlenecks report to see how long leads are staying stuck in each stage.
Exportingโ
Click Export CSV or Export PDF in the page header.
