Email Sequences Report
Go to Reports โ Email Sequences.
The Email Sequences report shows performance metrics for every email sequence in your workspace. Use it to identify which sequences drive the most replies and spot sequences that have low engagement.
Data Tableโ
One row per email sequence. The table includes all sequences regardless of date range (there is no date filter on this report โ it shows cumulative lifetime stats).

| Sequence | Sequence name |
| Status | Whether the sequence is Active or Paused |
| Total Enrolled | All leads ever enrolled in this sequence |
| Active | Leads currently progressing through the sequence |
| Completed | Leads that finished all steps |
| Replied | Leads that sent a reply to a sequence email |
| Reply Rate | Replied รท Total Enrolled ร 100% |
| Emails Sent | Total outbound emails sent by this sequence |
| Open Rate | Opened emails รท Emails Sent ร 100% |
What "Replied" Meansโ
A lead is counted as Replied when the enrollment status is set to replied โ this happens automatically when an inbound email is matched to the lead while they are enrolled.
Exportingโ
There is no export button on this report โ the data is not date-filtered and represents lifetime totals.
