Pipeline Bottlenecks Report
Go to Reports โ Pipeline Bottlenecks.
The Pipeline Bottlenecks report compares the actual average time a lead spends in each pipeline stage against the expected duration you configured for that stage. Won and Lost stages are excluded โ only active stages are shown.
Data Tableโ

| Pipeline | Name of the pipeline |
| Stage | Stage name |
| Avg Days in Stage | Average number of days leads have been in this stage |
| Expected Days | The target duration configured on the stage (blank if not set) |
| Leads in Stage | Current number of leads sitting in this stage |
| Overdue | Leads that have exceeded the expected duration for this stage |
| Status | Healthy, Warning, or Critical |
Status Thresholdsโ

| Healthy | Avg days โค Expected days (or no expected duration set) |
| Warning | Avg days โฅ Expected days |
| Critical | Avg days โฅ 1.5ร Expected days |
Setting expected durations: Go to Pipeline โ [Your Pipeline] โ Edit Stage and set the Expected Duration (days) field. Without this, the Status column will always show Healthy.
No Date Filterโ
This report reflects the current state of your pipeline. There is no date range filter โ it shows live data for all leads currently sitting in each stage.
