Agent Performance Report

Go to Reports โ†’ Agent Performance.

The Agent Performance report shows key activity metrics for each team member over the selected date range. Use it in 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, or to redistribute leads more effectively.

Avg Response TimeAverage time from lead creation to first contact
WonLeads marked Won by this agent
LostLeads marked Lost by this agent
Win RateWon รท (Won + Lost) ร— 100%

Agents with no assigned leads in the period appear with zeros rather than being hidden.

Click Export CSV or Export PDF in the page header.
