Agent Performance Report
Go to Reports โ Agent Performance.
The Agent Performance report shows key activity metrics for each team member over the selected date range. Use it in 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, or to redistribute leads more effectively.

Data Tableโ
One row per team member (all users in your workspace).
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Agent | Team member name |
| Leads Assigned | Total leads assigned to this agent in the period |
| Leads Contacted | Leads where a call, email, or message was sent |
| Avg Response Time | Average time from lead creation to first contact |
| Won | Leads marked Won by this agent |
| Lost | Leads marked Lost by this agent |
| Win Rate | Won รท (Won + Lost) ร 100% |
Agents with no assigned leads in the period appear with zeros rather than being hidden.

Click Export CSV or Export PDF in the page header.
