Plan Tabs and Sections
When you open an account plan, you see several tabs on the left. Each tab holds different types of information. This page explains each one.
Tab Overview

Due Diligence
What it contains:
- Financial data – Year, revenue, sales spent, traffic, loss (spreadsheet table)
- Marketing activities – Item and reference (spreadsheet table)
How to use:
- Click the Due Diligence tab.
- Edit the tables directly (add rows, type in cells).
- Click Submit to save.
Team Information
What it contains:
- Your company team – Staff assigned to this account
- Client team – Client contacts and their details (name, title, email, phone, etc.)
How to use:
- Click Team Information.
- Add or edit team members.
- Save your changes.
Service Ability Offering
What it contains:
- Current Service – Services the client currently uses
- Service Ability Offering – Your offerings with potential, scale, prioritization
How to use:
- Click Service Ability Offering.
- Edit the spreadsheet tables.
- Click Submit to save.
Planning
This is the main strategic tab. It includes:
Basic Info
- Subject – Plan title
- Time – Plan period
- Plan Status – Draft, In Progress, Review, Completed, Archived
- Client Status – Red, Yellow, Green (traffic-light style)
- BCG Model – Question marks, Stars, Dogs, Cash cows
