Performance Management

Track performance reviews and goals (OKRs/KPIs) for your staff.

Path: Admin โ†’ HRM โ†’ Performance Management URL: admin/hrm/performance Permission: HRM View (Edit for add/edit/delete)


Overviewโ€‹

The Performance Management module includes:

  • Performance Reviews โ€“ Periodic reviews with ratings and notes
  • Performance Goals โ€“ OKRs/KPIs with target dates and status

User Flowโ€‹

1. Add Performance Reviewโ€‹

  1. Go to HRM โ†’ Performance Management
  2. Click Add Performance Review button
  3. Fill in:
    • Staff (required)
    • Review period (e.g. "Q1 2024")
    • Review date
    • Rating (numeric)
    • Notes
  4. Click Submit

2. Edit Performance Reviewโ€‹

  1. Click the pencil icon next to a review
  2. Modal opens with review data
  3. Update fields and Submit

3. Delete Performance Reviewโ€‹

  1. Click the delete icon next to a review
  2. Confirm deletion

4. Add Performance Goalโ€‹

  1. Click Add Performance Goal button
  2. Fill in:
    • Staff (required)
    • Title (required)
    • Description
    • Target date
    • Status (pending / in_progress / completed)
  3. Click Submit

5. Edit Performance Goalโ€‹

  1. Click the pencil icon next to a goal
  2. Modal opens with goal data
  3. Update fields (including status) and Submit

6. Delete Performance Goalโ€‹

  1. Click the delete icon next to a goal
  2. Confirm deletion
