Employee Engagement

Run engagement surveys and record 1:1 meeting notes.

Path: Admin โ†’ HRM โ†’ Employee Engagement URL: admin/hrm/engagement Permission: HRM View (Edit for add/edit/delete; staff can respond to surveys)


Overviewโ€‹

The Employee Engagement module has two sub-features:

  1. Surveys โ€“ Create surveys with date ranges; staff can respond during the active period
  2. 1:1 Meeting Notes โ€“ Record notes from one-on-one meetings with staff

Tabsโ€‹

1. Surveys Tabโ€‹

Purpose: Create and manage engagement surveys. Staff can respond when the survey is active.

User Flow (HR):

  1. Click Add Survey
  2. Enter title, date_from, date_to
  3. Submit
  4. Survey appears in the list
  5. Respond to Survey button is shown when today is within date range
  6. Edit or delete surveys as needed

User Flow (Staff - Respond to Survey):

  1. When survey is active (today between date_from and date_to), staff see Respond to Survey button
  2. Click the button
  3. Modal opens with survey data
  4. Enter feedback in the form
  5. Submit response
  6. Response is saved

2. 1:1 Meeting Notes Tabโ€‹

Purpose: Record notes from one-on-one meetings with staff.

User Flow:

  1. Click Add 1:1 Note
  2. Select staff
  3. Enter meeting date
  4. Enter notes
  5. Submit

Edit/Delete:

  • Click pencil to edit
  • Click delete to remove
