Employee Engagement
Run engagement surveys and record 1:1 meeting notes.

Permission: HRM View (Edit for add/edit/delete; staff can respond to surveys)
Overviewโ
The Employee Engagement module has two sub-features:
- Surveys โ Create surveys with date ranges; staff can respond during the active period
- 1:1 Meeting Notes โ Record notes from one-on-one meetings with staff
Tabsโ
1. Surveys Tabโ
Purpose: Create and manage engagement surveys. Staff can respond when the survey is active.
User Flow (HR):
- Click Add Survey
- Enter title, date_from, date_to
- Submit
- Survey appears in the list
- Respond to Survey button is shown when today is within date range
- Edit or delete surveys as needed
User Flow (Staff - Respond to Survey):
- When survey is active (today between date_from and date_to), staff see Respond to Survey button
- Click the button
- Modal opens with survey data
- Enter feedback in the form
- Submit response
- Response is saved
Survey List:

2. 1:1 Meeting Notes Tabโ
Purpose: Record notes from one-on-one meetings with staff.
User Flow:
- Click Add 1:1 Note
- Select staff
- Enter meeting date
- Enter notes
- Submit
Edit/Delete:
- Click pencil to edit
- Click delete to remove
1:1 List:
