Quick Stats (Top Row)โ
| Widget | Description |

| Total Staff | Total number of active staff members |
| New Staff for Month | Staff hired in the current month |
| Working | Count of staff with "working" status |
| Overdue Contract | Contracts that have passed their end date |
| Expiring Contract | Contracts nearing expiration |
| Birthday This Month | Staff with birthdays in the current month |

The dashboard displays several Highcharts visualizations:
1. Staff Chart by Ageโ
- Type: Variable pie chart
- Data: Distribution of staff by age groups
- Use: Understand workforce demographics
2. Contract Type Chartโ
- Type: Variable pie chart
- Data: Staff count per contract type
- Use: See contract type distribution
3. Staff Chart by Departmentโ
- Type: Variable pie chart
- Data: Staff count per department
- Use: Department size overview
4. Staff Chart by Jobsโ
- Type: Variable pie chart
- Data: Staff count per job position
- Use: Job position distribution
5. Staff Status by Monthsโ
- Type: Line/area chart
- Data: Staff status changes over months (hired, left, etc.)
- Use: Track workforce trends over time
6. Staff Changes by Seniorityโ
- Type: Column chart
- Data: Hired vs. left staff by tenure/seniority band
- Use: Analyze turnover by seniority
