Contracts

Manage staff contracts with types, validity dates, and status tracking. Create contracts from templates with merge fields for faster onboarding.

Contract Listโ€‹

The contracts view shows all staff contracts in a table with:

  • Contract ID
  • Contract code
  • Contract name
  • Staff
  • Start date
  • End date
  • Status

Adding a Contractโ€‹

  1. Go to HRM โ†’ Staff Contract
  2. Click Add (or navigate to contract add form)
  3. Fill in:
    • Staff
    • Contract type
    • Contract code
    • Start date
    • End date
    • Other contract-specific fields
  4. Submit

Editing a Contractโ€‹

From contract list: Click edit icon next to the contract From member profile: Open Staff Contract tab โ†’ Edit


Contract Statusโ€‹

Contracts can have statuses such as:

  • Active
  • Expired
  • Overdue

The dashboard shows Overdue and Expiring contracts for quick attention.


Contract Templatesโ€‹

  • Settings โ†’ Contract Templates to create reusable templates
  • Templates can include merge fields (e.g. {staff_name}, {start_date})
  • When creating a contract, you can select a template to pre-fill content

Member Profile: Contracts Tabโ€‹

Each staff member has a Staff Contract tab showing:

  • Contract history
  • Current contract
  • Quick actions (edit, view)
