Central library for HR documents, policies, and files.

Path: Admin โ†’ HRM โ†’ HR Documents URL: admin/hrm/documents Permission: HRM View (Edit for add/edit/delete)


Overviewโ€‹

The HR Documents module provides a central repository for:

  • Company policies
  • HR forms and templates
  • Training materials
  • Any HR-related files

User Flowโ€‹

1. Add Documentโ€‹

  1. Go to HRM โ†’ HR Documents
  2. Click Add button
  3. Fill in:
    • Title (required)
    • Category (e.g. Policies, Forms, Training)
    • Description
    • File โ€“ Upload a file (optional on edit; leave blank to keep current)
  4. Click Submit

2. Edit Documentโ€‹

  1. Click the pencil icon next to a document
  2. Modal opens with document data
  3. Update title, category, description
  4. Optionally upload a new file (replaces existing)
  5. Leave file blank to keep current file
  6. Submit

3. Delete Documentโ€‹

  1. Click the delete icon next to a document
  2. Confirm deletion
  3. Document and file are removed

4. Download Documentโ€‹

  1. Click the download icon next to a document
  2. File opens/downloads in a new tab
