Conversations

The Conversations page is a shared inbox for all message threads with leads.


Opening the Inboxโ€‹

Go to Communications โ†’ Conversations in the sidebar.


Conversation Listโ€‹

The left panel lists all conversations. Each item shows:

  • Lead name and email
  • Last message preview
  • Unread indicator
  • Assigned team member
  • Status (Open or Resolved)

Filtering Conversationsโ€‹

Use the filter options at the top:

  • Status โ€” All, Open, Resolved, Unread
  • Assigned To โ€” filter by team member

Reading and Replyingโ€‹

Click any conversation to open the message thread on the right panel.

To reply:

  1. Type your message in the compose box at the bottom.
  2. Click Send.

The reply is sent from your configured SMTP email address.


Assigning a Conversationโ€‹

To assign a conversation to a team member:

  1. Open the conversation.
  2. Click the Assign button (top right of the thread panel).
  3. Select the team member.

Resolving a Conversationโ€‹

When an issue is handled, click Resolve to mark the conversation as resolved. Resolved conversations move to the "Resolved" filter and no longer appear in the default "Open" view.

To re-open a resolved conversation, click Re-open.


Every conversation is linked to a lead record. Click the lead name at the top of the conversation to open the full lead detail view.
