Account โ†’ Help & FAQ is a built-in, searchable knowledge base covering the most common setup and usage questions. No external help desk or internet connection required.


Using the Help Centerโ€‹

  1. Go to Account โ†’ Help & FAQ.
  2. Use the search bar at the top to find answers by keyword (e.g. "embed form", "smtp", "2fa").
  3. Articles are grouped by category. Click any article to expand it inline.

Roles Explained (Quick Reference)โ€‹

RolePermissions
MemberWork with leads (create, edit, assign). Cannot change settings or invite team.
ManagerAll Member permissions + invite/remove members + edit pipelines.
Admin (Owner)All permissions, including workspace deletion and billing.
