Using the Help Centerโ
- Go to Account โ Help & FAQ.
- Use the search bar at the top to find answers by keyword (e.g. "embed form", "smtp", "2fa").
- Articles are grouped by category. Click any article to expand it inline.

Roles Explained (Quick Reference)โ
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Member | Work with leads (create, edit, assign). Cannot change settings or invite team. |
| Manager | All Member permissions + invite/remove members + edit pipelines. |
| Admin (Owner) | All permissions, including workspace deletion and billing. |
