Account โ Privacy & Data gives workspace owners full data control: export a complete archive or schedule permanent deletion.
Access restricted to workspace owner (admin) only.
Export My Data (GDPR Art. 15 & 20 โ Right of Access)โ
Produces a ZIP archive of everything LeadHub holds for your workspace: leads, companies, conversations, automations, forms, team members, audit logs, and settings.
How to Exportโ
- Click Export My Data.
- The export runs in the background (a few minutes for large workspaces).
- You'll receive an in-app notification with a download link when ready.
- Download the ZIP โ valid for 48 hours.
To re-export: click the button again. The new archive replaces the previous one.
Delete My Workspace (GDPR Art. 17 โ Right to Erasure)โ
Permanently deletes your workspace and all data after a 30-day cool-off period.
What Happensโ
- Click Delete My Workspace โ confirm.
- The workspace is immediately suspended โ no one can log in.
- Deletion is scheduled 30 days from now. A countdown shows on this page.
- A confirmation email is sent to the owner.
Cancelling Deletionโ
At any point during the 30-day window:
- Go to Account โ Privacy & Data.
- Click Cancel Deletion.
- The workspace is immediately re-activated with all data intact.
After 30 days, deletion is permanent and irreversible.
