Earned Value Management (EVM)

プロジェクト予算データが利用可能な場合、プロジェクトダッシュボードのOverviewセクションに表示されます。

メトリクスの説明

Metric	Full Name	Description
PV	Planned Value	Budgeted cost of work scheduled
EV	Earned Value	Budgeted cost of work performed
AC	Actual Cost	Actual cost of work performed
SV	Schedule Variance	EV − PV (positive = ahead of schedule)
CV	Cost Variance	EV − AC (positive = under budget)
CPI	Cost Performance Index	EV ÷ AC (≥1 = on/under budget)
SPI	Schedule Performance Index	EV ÷ PV (≥1 = on/ahead of schedule)
EAC	Estimate at Completion	Projected total cost at completion
ETC	Estimate to Complete	Remaining cost to complete

色分け

• Green – 順調（SV/CV ≥ 0、CPI/SPI ≥ 1）
• Red – 遅れ/超過（SV/CV < 0、CPI/SPI < 1）

Retainer Burn Tracking

固定料金または前払いプロジェクトのリテイナー時間を追跡します。

リテイナーの追加

1. プロジェクトダッシュボードでRetainer Burn Trackingを見つけます
2. 以下を入力します：
   • Total hours – 購入/割り当て時間
   • Start date – リテイナー期間の開始
   • End date – リテイナー期間の終了
3. Add Retainerをクリックします

リテイナーステータスの表示

Column	Description
Total hours	Allocated hours
Used hours	Logged time against the project
Remaining	Total − Used
Progress bar	Visual burn rate

Used hoursはプロジェクトのタスクタイマー（記録時間）から計算されます。

Invoice Integration

プロジェクトに請求書をリンクします（オプションでマイルストーンにも）。

請求書のリンク

1. プロジェクトダッシュボードでInvoice Integrationを見つけます
2. ドロップダウンからInvoiceを選択します（クライアントの請求書）
3. オプションでMilestoneを選択して関連付けます
4. Link Invoiceをクリックします

リンクされた請求書の表示

• Invoice Integrationセクションに一覧表示されます
• 各リンクには請求書番号とオプションのマイルストーンが表示されます
• クリックしてPerfexで請求書を開きます

Budget vs Actual

プロジェクトに見積もり時間がある場合、Overviewに表示されます：

Actual	Total logged hours (from task timers)

Critical Path Analysis

プロジェクトにタスクの依存関係がある場合、ダッシュボードにCritical Path Analysisセクションが表示されます。

Task	Task name (links to task)
Depends on	Predecessor task
Due date	Task due date

クリティカルパス内のタスクはプロジェクト終了日に影響します。ここでの遅延は直接期限に影響します。
