Proje bütçe verisi mevcut olduğunda proje panosunun Overview bölümünde görüntülenir.

- Green – Yolunda (SV/CV ≥ 0, CPI/SPI ≥ 1)
- Red – Geride/aşan (SV/CV < 0, CPI/SPI < 1)

- Proje panosunda Retainer Burn Tracking bölümünü bulun
- Şunları doldurun:
- Total hours – Satın alınan/ayrılan saatler
- Start date – Retainer döneminin başlangıcı
- End date – Retainer döneminin bitişi
- Add Retainer'a tıklayın

Faturaları projelere bağlayın (ve isteğe bağlı olarak kilometre taşlarına).
Fatura Bağlama
- Proje panosunda Invoice Integration bölümünü bulun
- Açılır menüden bir Invoice seçin (müşterinin faturaları)
- İsteğe bağlı olarak ilişkilendirmek için Milestone seçin
- Link Invoice'a tıklayın
Bağlı Faturaları Görüntüleme
- Invoice Integration bölümünde listelenir
- Her bağlantı fatura numarası ve isteğe bağlı kilometre taşını gösterir
- Perfex'te faturayı açmak için tıklayın
Budget vs Actual
Projede tahmini saatler olduğunda Overview'da görüntülenir:
