Earned Value Management (EVM)โ
Displayed in the Overview section of the project dashboard when project budget data is available.
Metrics Explainedโ

Color Codingโ
- Green โ On track (SV/CV โฅ 0, CPI/SPI โฅ 1)
- Red โ Behind/over (SV/CV < 0, CPI/SPI < 1)
Retainer Burn Trackingโ
Track retainer hours for fixed-fee or prepaid projects.
Add a Retainerโ
- On the project dashboard, find Retainer Burn Tracking
- Fill in:
- Total hours โ Hours purchased/allocated
- Start date โ Retainer period start
- End date โ Retainer period end
- Click Add Retainer
View Retainer Statusโ

Used hours are calculated from task timers (logged time) on the project.
Invoice Integrationโ
Link invoices to projects (and optionally to milestones).
Link an Invoiceโ
- On the project dashboard, find Invoice Integration
- Select an Invoice from the dropdown (client's invoices)
- Optionally select a Milestone to associate
- Click Link Invoice
View Linked Invoicesโ
- Listed in the Invoice Integration section
- Each link shows invoice number and optional milestone
- Click to open the invoice in Perfex
Budget vs Actualโ
Displayed in the Overview when project has estimated hours:

Critical Path Analysisโ
When the project has task dependencies, a Critical Path Analysis section appears on the dashboard.

Tasks in the critical path affect the project end date. Delays here directly impact the deadline.
