Introduction
Advanced reporting and project management for Perfex CRM: Gantt charts, Kanban boards, sprints, AI suggestions, timesheet approvals, and more.
1. Install and Activateโ
- Go to Setup โ Modules
- Upload and install the module
- Click Activate

2. Understand the Menuโ
After activation, Project Roadmap appears in the sidebar. Click it to expand the submenu.
Not sure what a submenu item does? Use the Menu Guide. It lists every item, what it does, and what (if anything) you need to configure.
3. Use the Main Viewsโ
- Open any project from Projects
- You'll see the Project Roadmap dashboard (List view)
- Use the toolbar to switch to Gantt, Kanban, or Calendar
