Kanban Board

The Kanban board gives you a visual, drag-and-drop view of all leads across pipeline stages.

Opening the Kanban Boardโ€‹

Go to Pipeline โ†’ Kanban Board in the sidebar.

If you have multiple pipelines, select the pipeline from the dropdown at the top of the board.

Board Layoutโ€‹

  • Each column represents one pipeline stage.
  • Each card represents one lead.
  • Columns are color-coded to match the stage colors you configured.
  • A count badge shows how many leads are in each stage.

Lead Cardsโ€‹

Each lead card shows:

  • Lead name (or email if no name)
  • Lead source badge
  • Lead score
  • Assigned user avatar
  • Deal value (if set)
  • Tags

Dragging Leadsโ€‹

To move a lead to a different stage:

  1. Click and hold the lead card.
  2. Drag it to the target column.
  3. Release โ€” the lead's stage is saved instantly.

When you drop a lead into a Win Stage, the lead's status is automatically set to Converted. When you drop into a Loss Stage, status is set to Lost.

Opening a Lead from the Boardโ€‹

Click on a lead card to open the lead detail panel (slide-over) without leaving the board. From there you can view details, edit the lead, or add notes.

Filtering the Boardโ€‹

Use the filter bar at the top of the board to narrow visible leads:

  • Assigned To โ€” show only leads assigned to a specific user
  • Tags โ€” show only leads with a specific tag
  • Search โ€” filter cards by lead name or email

Creating a Lead from the Boardโ€‹

Click the + button at the top of any column to create a new lead pre-assigned to that stage.

Switching Pipelinesโ€‹

If you have multiple pipelines, use the pipeline selector dropdown to switch between them. Each pipeline has its own Kanban view.

Tipsโ€‹

  • Use the Kanban board for daily lead review โ€” see at a glance what needs attention.
  • Color-code stages meaningfully: e.g. orange for "Follow-up needed", green for "Won".
  • Assign leads to team members before the daily standup so everyone knows their queue.
