Tenant Management

Tenants are isolated customer workspaces. Each tenant has their own leads, users, pipelines, automations, and settings. The super admin creates and manages all tenants.

Viewing Tenantsโ€‹

Go to Super Admin โ†’ Tenants to see all tenant workspaces:

  • Company name
  • Admin email
  • Plan
  • Status (Active, Suspended, Trial)
  • Subdomain
  • Created date
  • Lead count

  1. Open the tenant record in Super Admin.
  2. Click Login as Tenant (or the impersonate icon).
  3. You are instantly logged in as the tenant admin โ€” without needing their password.
  4. To return to the super admin panel, click the Exit Impersonation button at the top of the screen.

This feature is for support/debugging purposes.

  1. Open the tenant record.
  2. Click Delete Tenant and confirm (must type the tenant name to confirm).

โš ๏ธ This is irreversible. All tenant data (leads, users, automations, settings) is permanently deleted. Back up the database first.

Changing a Tenant's Planโ€‹

  1. Open the tenant record โ†’ click Edit.
  2. Change the Plan field.
  3. Save.

New plan limits take effect immediately.

Tenant's Custom Domainโ€‹

The tenant sets their own custom domain from their workspace settings. The super admin does not need to configure this.
