Reports & CSV Export
The Berichte page (/reports) provides detailed, exportable reports on your feedback data.
Report Tabsโ
Uebersicht Tabโ
- Total submissions for the period
- Average Sternebewertung
- NPS score
- Resolution rate (% of submissions marked as Resolved)
Detailed Tabโ
- Submission breakdown by product
- Submission breakdown by campaign
- Top tags for the period
- Customer engagement metrics
Ratings Tabโ
- Rating distribution chart
- Rating trend over time
- Product-level rating comparison
Date Range Filterโ
All reports support custom date ranges. Select your start and end dates to narrow the data.
CSV Exportโ
Click Export CSV to download the current report as a CSV file. The export includes:
- All submissions matching your current filters
- Customer name, email, rating, NPS, text, tags, status
- Timestamps and metadata
Plan requirement: CSV Export requires the
csv_exportfeature flag on your plan.
Scheduled Berichteโ
Set up automatic report delivery:
- Gehen Sie zu Einstellungen -> Berichte
- Configure:
- Frequency: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly
- Recipients: Email addresses to receive the report
- Berichte are sent automatically via the Cron-Job
