Reports & CSV Export

The Informes page (/reports) provides detailed, exportable reports on your feedback data.

Report Tabs​

Vision General Tab​

  • Total submissions for the period
  • Average calificacion por estrellas
  • NPS score
  • Resolution rate (% of submissions marked as Resolved)

Detailed Tab​

  • Submission breakdown by product
  • Submission breakdown by campaign
  • Top tags for the period
  • Customer engagement metrics

Ratings Tab​

  • Rating distribution chart
  • Rating trend over time
  • Product-level rating comparison

Date Range Filter​

All reports support custom date ranges. Select your start and end dates to narrow the data.

CSV Export​

Click Export CSV to download the current report as a CSV file. The export includes:

  • All submissions matching your current filters
  • Customer name, email, rating, NPS, text, tags, status
  • Timestamps and metadata

Plan requirement: CSV Export requires the csv_export feature flag on your plan.

Scheduled Informes​

Set up automatic report delivery:

  1. Ve a Configuracion -> Informes
  2. Configure:
    • Frequency: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly
    • Recipients: Email addresses to receive the report
  3. Informes are sent automatically via the tarea cron
