Reports & CSV Export
The レポート page (/reports) provides detailed, exportable reports on your feedback data.
Report Tabs
概要 Tab
- Total submissions for the period
- Average 星評価
- NPS score
- Resolution rate (% of submissions marked as Resolved)
Detailed Tab
- Submission breakdown by product
- Submission breakdown by campaign
- Top tags for the period
- Customer engagement metrics
Ratings Tab
- Rating distribution chart
- Rating trend over time
- Product-level rating comparison
Date Range Filter
All reports support custom date ranges. Select your start and end dates to narrow the data.
CSV Export
Click Export CSV to download the current report as a CSV file. The export includes:
- All submissions matching your current filters
- Customer name, email, rating, NPS, text, tags, status
- Timestamps and metadata
Plan requirement: CSV Export requires the
csv_exportfeature flag on your plan.
Scheduled レポート
Set up automatic report delivery:
- へ移動 設定 -> レポート
- Configure:
- Frequency: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly
- Recipients: Email addresses to receive the report
- レポート are sent automatically via the cronジョブ
