The Survey Builder lets you add custom form fields to your feedback campaigns beyond the standard Sternebewertung, NPS, and text fields.
Accessing the Survey Builderโ
- Gehen Sie zu Kampagnen -> Edit a campaign
- Click the Survey Builder tab
- Drag and drop fields to build your custom form
Available Field Typesโ

Field Konfigurationโ
Each field can be configured with:

|---|---|
| Label | The question text shown to users |
| Placeholder | Hint text inside the field |
| Required | Whether the field must be filled |
| Options | For dropdown/radio/checkbox: the list of choices |
| Help Text | Additional explanation shown below the field |
Survey Responsesโ
Custom survey responses are stored as JSON in the submission's survey_responses field. They're displayed on the submission detail page alongside standard feedback fields.
Tipsโ
- Keep surveys short -- 3-5 custom fields max for best completion rates
- Use required fields sparingly
- Use dropdowns instead of text inputs when you want structured data
- Preview your form by visiting the public URL after saving
